Dear Limestone Learning Foundation (LLF) Supporters,

For more than 25 years, the Limestone Learning Foundation (LLF), a registered charity, has supported Limestone District School Board students by investing more than $100,000 annually in projects that benefit students in schools across the district.

These projects include:

  • Books Are Back (2021–2023), supporting all age levels with an investment of more than $100,000.
  • STEM Kits (2024–2025), a transformative $250,000 investment in secondary school classrooms.
  • ORFF Music Kits (2025–2027), an ongoing two-year project providing $87,500 annually for Kindergarten to Grade 2 classes.
  • Our 6th annual Speaker Series, an investment of approximately $10,000 to bring renowned motivational speakers to students.

This year, we are also introducing ten $500 micro-grants that staff, student groups, and classrooms can apply for to support smaller projects within Limestone District School Board schools.

As Giving Tuesday approaches on December 1, 2026, we invite you to consider making a personal contribution to help keep these unique learning opportunities strong. You can also encourage friends and family to participate or share our Giving Tuesday message within your network to help us reach our fundraising goal of $5,000. Every form of support helps create brighter futures for students across our LDSB communities.
