In mid-April 2025, Limestone District School Board (LDSB) experienced a cyber incident that required us to take down all internet-based services as a precautionary measure.

Dear Families, We appreciate your continued support, understanding, and patience while we have been responding to a cyber incident. While services have been restored in all schools for the past few weeks, we have continued to work diligently with cyber experts to better understand what occurred.

The Limestone Learning Foundation (LLF) was thrilled to fully fund this initiation, providing robust STEM kits for use by students in Grade 9 and 10 Technology Courses at all 10 secondary schools across the Limestone District School Board in the amount of $250,000.
