LLF Placement Students

Joining us for a 6-week placement from St. Lawrence College are Advertising & Marketing Communications Mgt students, Aidan Woodman and Samantha Tooth, both graduates of Limestone District School Board.

Promoting our pillars of sustainability, mentorship, and paying-it-forward, Leslie Myles is working as a mentor to both Aidan and Samantha as they complete their placement with the Limestone Learning Foundation.

Aidan Woodman

"During the short few weeks of being with the foundation, I was greeted and welcomed with open arms. Right away I was updated and briefed with all of the current initiatives going on currently with the foundation. I was trusted with the skills and knowledge that I’ve learned so far to put them to use. I couldn’t be happier that I chose LLF as placement and I’m looking forward to the future." - Aidan

My name is Aidan Woodman, and I’m an Aspiring Advertising & Marketing individual who is excited to be a part of the Limestone Learning Foundation as a 3rd-year student from St. Lawrence College to help LLF achieve any marketing goals or objectives they may have. Growing up in Amherstview I went to Fairfield Public School and in my teen years Ernestown Secondary School. I was privileged throughout all of those school years to learn any subject I was interested in.  My goal is to contribute any of my skill sets to assist the LLF in their initiatives for student success.

Samantha Tooth

“Already our placement has been so rewarding. I have been so welcomed at the Limestone Learning Foundation and cannot wait to continue working on such innovative projects and initiatives. Although we have been connecting virtually, I feel so included as a member of this organization and so fortunate to be completing my placement with the LLF." – Samantha

My name is Samantha Tooth and I am a St. Lawrence college student finishing my third year in the Advertising and Marketing Communications Management program. Prior to SLC, I worked as a visual designer; bringing my experience and love of design with me, I applied this to my higher education, returning to sharpen my skills in the AMC program.

As a former Limestone District student, I was fortunate enough to attend extended learning opportunities such as LEAP (Limestone Education Art Program) and the Creative Arts program. Knowing what valuable experiences these were to my education, I can attest to the benefit that enriched learning opportunities can provide. I am truly excited by the chance to complete my placement with the Limestone Learning Foundation and the opportunity to aid in their initiative to bring enhanced learning opportunities to other students.
